Honest diagnostics, transparent repair pricing
HVAC systems fail. When yours does, you want someone who shows up when they say they will, tells you what’s actually wrong, and quotes a real price before any wrenches move. That’s our whole job on a repair call.
Our diagnostic fee is a flat $149 ($59 if you’re on the Service Plan) and it gets applied toward any approved repair. No mystery charges, no phantom refrigerant top-offs, no scare-tactic "your heat exchanger is cracked" without pulling the panel and showing you.
What we repair
Any major brand, any major component. Furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, air handlers, zoning controls, smart thermostats, humidifiers, line-set leaks, drain problems. If it’s part of a residential HVAC system, we work on it.
Honest repair-vs-replace math
Once a system crosses 12 years old, we start giving you the repair-vs-replace numbers alongside the repair quote. If the repair is a third of the cost of a new system and the equipment is past a reasonable life expectancy, we’ll tell you straight. We’d rather have the conversation now than string you along on repair #3.
Response times
We do our best to respond within 24 hours. We often respond sooner when a truck’s free, but we don’t promise a time window we can’t keep. Service Plan members get priority slotting. When you call, we give you a real ETA on the phone, not a "between 8 and 5" window.

Smart add-ons for a HVAC repair.
While we’re already in your mechanical room, a few of these cost a fraction of what they’d run on a separate visit. Pricing is ballpark, not a quote.

HVAC repair, quick answers.
- We try our best to respond within 24 hours, often same day when a truck is free. Service Plan members get priority. We won't promise a window we can't keep; we'll give you a real ETA on the phone.
- Flat $149 diagnostic (applied toward approved repairs; $59 for Service Plan members). Most common repairs land in the $200–$600 range for parts + labor. Major-component failures (compressor, heat exchanger, control board) can run higher. We always quote in writing before we start.
- Depends. Under 10 years: almost always repair. 10–14 years: we run the repair-vs-replace math and give you both quotes. 15+ years: usually replacement makes more sense, especially if the refrigerant is R-22 or if parts are getting harder to source. We'll be straight about it.
- Yes. We repair Tempstar, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Bryant, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard, the whole list. First-time-customer visits are a little longer because we take baseline readings, but that's so we catch problems your previous installer missed.
