“Mike and the crew were great! I submitted a service/quote request online through the website and had a response the same evening. Communication was easy and quick through my entire experience. My HVAC system was original to my condo (30 years old) and Mike and the team didn't bat an eye at converting to a heat pump system. Installation required some extra sweat working in my small laundry room, rewiring and adding junction box, rerouting drainage, adapting existing ductwork, and installing a new thermostat. They completed the job in a single day while I napped after working night shift. Good people, excellent work, and great price. 10/10, highly recommend. Thank you Mike!”

From the initial walk through to the quote, the actual install and the follow up--the entire team was professional and left all areas worked in cleaned and picked up. It was a long project as we were having to work around weather and situations at our property. They were understanding about the times we couldn't have them working and did everything they could to get the job done as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them for any service, but this was a huge job that turned out perfectly. And let me say this--if you're even remotely considering mini-split/ductless units for any property you own, these are a game changer in terms of being able to cool and heat rooms that were troublesome in the past because you have just one whole house unit.”

Sent a note to Watson's at 8:00PM, I had to wait all the way until 8:02PM for Watson's to respond :-) They scheduled me between 8-10AM the NEXT MORNING... why does this only let you give 5-STAR?... they deserve 6 for this one. Michael, the owner, and his crew are great to work with when it came to getting our basement serviced with new ducts and vents. They were respectful to rescheduling and even gave a cursory check over the work done by a previous HVAC Company, which was unexpected because we found out they did not properly secure our vents and that another company did not clean our vents properly. I was very impressed and felt at ease when talking to Michael and did not feel like I was being talked down to, something that is greatly appreciated.”

He found the bottom door latch on furnace was not latched, which caused the safety switch to not be closed, causing the furnace not to operate. Since it is getting warm, Mike started up of AC system and made sure the Freon levels are set, and cycled the AC system in preparation for warmer weather. He also suggested that the air filter be replaced, so I placed my order for that online today. Watson Heating and Cooling is truly the top notch in the business.”

“A little over a month ago, I needed my entire system replaced. After looking around, I went with Watson Heating and Cooling. I couldn't be happier. I wanted to wait to post my review to really get an honest perspective on the entire process. After a month, I have done my first filter change and the cold weather has hit. I was happy when it was installed and time has done nothing but solidify my positive experience working with this company. I would wholeheartedly recommend Watson to anyone. It is a locally family owned business and many of the employees are related. (If my memory is correct, I believe the crew who put in my system was the father, a son and a nephew.) Michael returned my calls/emails promptly pre-installment and answered all my many questions the day he and his crew were in my home. Each man was polite and respectful. I would have barely known they were even here most of the day and after they were gone there was no evidence they had been there other than my new furnace and air conditioning unit. My home is warmer than it has been in years and my Duke bill was down after only two weeks. I simply cannot think of anything negative to post. In the past 2 years, I have had 2 scenarios of not blowing cold air... and even tho 8 years later, I call and within hours they are at my door not one but both times and thankfully were minor things, one really my own doing by not maintaining as needed and the other just a 9yrs later... things happen, and in both they had me back up and running same day, even though weather wasnt cooperating as a down poor of rain started and still worked to get me up and running! “Watson replaced and relocated our AC unit and installed a UV filter and humidifier. We initially asked about replacing our heating unit as well but he told us that there was no need to at this time. Most companies will just take your $ and not do what is in the best interest of the customer. He took the time to answer all of our questions to help us make a decision about what was right for our house. Mike and his team were professional and courteous, the work was exemplary, and his pricing is very competitive (it beat a larger local installer). He even topped off the coolant in our old unit at no charge to carry us through a few hot days until the new install. We will be using Watson for all of our HVAC servicing going forward.
