Watson Heating + Cooling started in 2009with one truck, one toolbox, and a simple belief: HVAC shouldn’t feel adversarial. Mike picks up his own phone, runs most of the estimate visits himself, and installs alongside the crew on replacement days.
Over the years the work has grown, we’ve installed systems in hundreds of Northern Kentucky homes, but the approach hasn’t. We still explain what we’re doing and why. We still put floor protection down from the truck. We still call to check in a week after a big install.

Mike’s son, Josh Watson, came on as a Technicianafter learning the trade alongside his dad. Between the two of them, most Watson homeowners know who’s coming before we knock.
