  • Hearth, if you request financing pre-qualification, you interact directly with Hearth’s platform under their privacy policy.
  • Google, site analytics (Google Analytics / Search Console).
  • Sonor, the platform we use to manage forms, customer records, and website content.

Data retention

We keep customer records for as long as we have an active business relationship with you plus seven years after, to meet tax and warranty record-keeping requirements. If you want your data deleted earlier, contact us.

Your choices

  • Ask us what information we have about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your records (subject to the retention requirements above).
  • Unsubscribe from any reminder emails at any time.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
